Justine Reed – Co-Founder, Team Reed
Justine Reed grew up in Houston, Texas, where her natural drive showed early as a multisport athlete in swimming, soccer, and golf. That same determination carried into her professional life, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in nursing and health service administration before becoming a licensed RN — credentials she proudly maintains to this day.
More than a healthcare professional, Justine is the engine behind Team Reed’s philanthropic and business ventures. She co-founded the Team Reed Foundation in 2016, helping shape its mission to empower youth, support communities, and expand access to golf. She also serves as the lead strategist for Team Reed Enterprises, Inc. (TRE), managing partnerships and operations that amplify Patrick’s presence worldwide.
From her days caddying on the PGA TOUR, including Patrick’s first career victory, to her ongoing leadership in the foundation and TRE, Justine has remained a central figure in Team Reed’s success. Her passion for the game still fuels her personal dream: to caddy at least once in each of golf’s four majors — a fitting milestone for someone whose journey has always been defined by grit, vision, and teamwork.
Kessler Karain – Caddie & Team Reed Mainstay
Kessler Karain has been at Patrick Reed’s side for some of the most defining moments in golf. A native of Houston, Texas, Kessler grew up immersed in both sports and family, making him a natural fit to join Patrick on tour as his full-time caddie. His sharp eye for strategy, steady demeanor under pressure, and deep trust with Patrick have helped turn close finishes into career-defining victories — including the 2018 Masters Tournament, where their teamwork delivered one of the game’s most memorable green jacket moments.
Kessler’s journey reflects what makes Team Reed unique: it’s not just about one player, but a tight-knit team working together on and off the course. With every yardage book, read of a green, and shared handshake at the 18th, Kessler’s presence continues to be a cornerstone of Patrick’s career and the family-first ethos that defines Team Reed.
